At Sweet Maasai Explorers, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our guests.
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@sweetmaasai.com. Please include your booking reference number.
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus transaction fees.
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
Certain third-party services (like park fees, flights, or permits) may be non-refundable. These will be communicated during booking.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), Sweet Maasai Explorers will work with clients to offer rescheduling or credit for future travel.
